Returns & Exchanges
- NO REFUNDS AFTER 3 DAYS (EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY) on regular priced merchandise.
- You must contact us immediately (3 days) via email for refund...on regular priced items only. After 3 days including the delivery date exchange or store credit only.
- AFTER 7 DAYS INCLUDING DELIVERY DATE ALL SALES ARE FINAL.(NO REFUND EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT)
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE (NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE). No exceptions.
- No cancellations on orders after tracking information is provided
- Orders cannot be modified once placed, cancellation is required
- Multiple shipments for the same order will not be made, if pre-order items are purchased; only one shipment per order when all items are ready to ship
- Discount codes cannot be combined on orders
- Any discount codes must be applied on the order at the time of purchase. Discounts will not be applied after an order has been completed

- Orders that have pre-order items will be shipped once the pre-order items are available, unless a separate order is placed
- You will be notified, via email, of all pre-order status updates
- Pre-order items delayed for more than three weeks will be canceled and refunded; the remainder of your order will be shipped immediately

- PURCHASES OF SILICONE/ADHESIVE BRAS, PASTIES AND OTHER RELATED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
- NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE POLICIES.
In the event you have any issues with an item or would like to exchange contact us IMMEDIATELY (within 3 days). Exchanges are accepted with our authorization only. Items sent without authorization will be refused. Exchanges must be initiated via email. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN YOUR EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE.
Any inquiries about refunds MUST be made within 3 calendar days after delivery date. We will make necessary time adjustments for weekends and holidays. Inquiries made more than 3 calendar days after delivery will not be considered for remedy.
- NO EXCHANGE ON SALE AND CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE
- Exchanges will not be issued as a refund on any other orders
- Any discounts used at the time of purchase do NOT apply on clothing exchanges
You will be responsible for any shipping fees to return merchandise.
Anything returned should be unused and with all our security garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered WILL NOT be accepted and WILL be sent back, at the expense of the customer. We suggest that you try items on before removing any labels and/or tags.
HOW TO EXCHANGE
- Once the exchange item is received, we will contact you via email to move forward
- If a return tracking number is not provided to us within 24 hours of our confirmation email the exchange will not be honored
- The exchanged item will depend on availability
- You will receive an invoice for any additional shipping charges that will apply for the exchanged item to be sent to you.
- In the event we no longer have the item you want for your exchange you will receive a store credit unless it was done within the 3 day period in which a full refund will be done.
In the event that you have received an incorrect item or a damaged item, we will provide you with a return shipping label. The item must be shipped back within 3 days or the return will become invalid. We will not reprint return labels after the 3 day period. If you are unable to send the item back, you will need to notify us within the 3 day period following the return label being sent to you.
Coconuts Boutique is not responsible for returns until they reach our establishment here in Akron, OH. Please keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Coconuts Boutique will not issue store credit refunds or exchanges for your returns.
