Shipping And Delivery
PLEASE TAKE A LITTLE EXTRA TIME TO PROVIDE ACCURATE SHIPPING/CONTACT INFORMATION. DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS, INCORRECT SHIPPING AND BILLING INFORMATION MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES TO HAVE THE ISSUE CORRECTED.

Currently we are using USPS and UPS for shipping
- Please allow 3-5 business days for processing (sometimes sooner but not including Sunday) for items to ship.
- If you have made your payment through Pay Pal, your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.
- Once you have received your tracking number, any issues or concerns regarding your orders shipment must be handled through the shipping service used as the order is now in their possession. Please have your tracking number handy when calling them.
- If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact the shipping company provided with the tracking number about the issue, and we would not be able to correct that. Delivery issues including damage, theft or incorrect deliveries MUST be handled through the company we used to ship.
- If you have had previous issues with the postal service, we strongly encourage you to add insurance to your shipment. You can add insurance to your shipment for an additional charge. If you would like to add insurance to your order, you will need to contact us via email immediately after your order is placed, prior to a tracking number being printed for your order. Once the tracking number has been printed, insurance can not be added.
Estimated delivery 7-10 days after order has been processed and shipped.
